Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern access to Gymfit24.store and purchases made through the website. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Seller information

Gymfit24.store is operated by HASSAN'S SERVICES AND TRADING, organization number 915 736 955, registered at Odvar Solbergs vei 14, 0970 Oslo, Norway. Customer-service enquiries may be sent to support@gymfit24.store.

2. Eligibility and customer information

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, billing and delivery information and for keeping account information secure where customer accounts are used.

3. Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, colors and images accurately. Screen settings, production updates and normal manufacturing variations may cause minor differences. Review all product information, safety guidance, dimensions and included components before ordering.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices and checkout totals are displayed in USD unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order can be accepted. Applicable taxes, duties or other charges will be calculated or displayed at checkout where required and available.

5. Order acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. We may decline or cancel an order if payment is not authorized, information is materially incorrect, a product is unavailable, fraud or misuse is suspected, or the order cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the relevant amount will be refunded.

6. Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. An order may be cancelled before processing has started. Once processing or shipment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible and the Return and Refund Policy will apply after delivery.

7. Shipping and delivery

Available destinations, shipping charges and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Free standard shipping applies where it is offered at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, holidays, weather, customs processing, address issues or other events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact customer support promptly if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing has started.

8. Returns, refunds and order issues

Return eligibility, return shipping, cancellations, damaged or incorrect items and refund processing are described in our Return and Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

9. Safe product use

Read and follow all instructions, warnings and limitations supplied with a product. Fitness equipment must be inspected before each use, used in a suitable clear area and kept away from young children where appropriate. Stop using a product if it is damaged or appears unsafe.

General fitness products and website information are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Seek qualified professional advice if a health condition, injury, pregnancy or other circumstance may affect safe exercise.

10. Acceptable website use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, use automated systems in a disruptive manner or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

11. Intellectual property

Website text, branding, graphics, photographs and other protected content may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except where applicable law permits.

12. Service providers and external services

We may use service providers for website operation, payments, fraud prevention, order fulfillment, delivery, customer communication and analytics. External services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for external websites that are not controlled by us.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by product misuse, failure to follow safety instructions, inaccurate customer-provided information, unauthorized website use or events outside our reasonable control.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's place of residence. Customers should first contact support@gymfit24.store so that we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts unless mandatory law provides another forum.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when business practices, legal requirements or website functionality change. The version displayed when an order is placed will apply to that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
